It's impossible to express in words what it has meant to me. It was the first center I visited, I chose it because it was close to my home, and after my first meeting with Dr. Navarro I knew I wouldn't visit any other; I wasn't wrong.
Dr. Navarro treats you with special care and gentleness during his consultations. He is a caring, kind, and respectful person at all times. He always tries to make you smile so you feel as relaxed as possible; he understands better than anyone what we go through. He is always there, both during and outside of consultation hours—my goodness, it's so reassuring to know that.
One day he told me, “WE'LL DO IT.” I always trusted him, I was swept away by his enthusiasm and professionalism, so I never thought of giving up. As long as he told me there was a chance, I would keep fighting. I did, and WE DID IT.
We all go with the intention of achieving our dream: TO BE A MOTHER, without thinking or without knowing that to achieve it we have to go through a process that is sometimes long and quite hard, at least in my case, I have endometriosis and I had to undergo several interventions, but how lucky I am to have had this team to make it easier and more bearable.
Made up of Doctors Navarro and Gutiérrez, the lab (which we sometimes forget because we don't work directly with them), nursing assistants Amalia and Pili, my patient care girls Ana, Claudia, Luisa, and Patricia, and my nurses with their endless patience Ana, Carmen, Fátima, Paola, Reyes, and Rocío. How many times have we cried together!
I will always carry you in my heart and be eternally grateful for the fact that a precious little person called me "Mom." And thank you for all the help, encouragement, support, and love you've always given me. You can't even imagine what you've meant to me.
