“I will be eternally grateful to you for having made a precious little person call me: Mom.”

It's impossible to put into words what this has meant to me. It was the first clinic I visited, chosen because it was close to my home, and after my first meeting with Dr. Navarro, I knew I wouldn't go to any other. I wasn't wrong. Dr. Navarro treats you with exceptional care and gentleness in his consultations. He's a caring, kind, and respectful person at all times. He always tries to make you smile so you feel as relaxed as possible; he understands better than anyone what we have to go through. He's always there, both during and outside of consultation hours. My goodness, it's so reassuring to know that. One day he told me, "We'll get through this." I always trusted him, I was swept away by his enthusiasm and professionalism, so I never thought of giving up. As long as he told me there was a chance, I would keep fighting. I did, and WE DID IT. We all go into this world with the intention of achieving our dream: to be a mother, without thinking or knowing that to achieve it, we have to go through a process that is sometimes long and quite difficult, at least in my case. I have endometriosis and had to undergo several surgeries, but how lucky I am to have had this team to make it easier and more bearable. It's made up of Doctors Navarro and Gutiérrez, the lab staff (which we sometimes forget because we don't work directly with them), the nursing assistants Amalia and Pili, my patient care team Ana, Claudia, Luisa, and Patricia, and my nurses with their endless patience Ana, Carmen, Fátima, Paola, Reyes, and Rocío. How many times we've cried together! I will always carry you in my heart and be eternally grateful for making it possible for a precious little person to call me "Mom." And also for the help you've always given me, the encouragement, the support, and for making me feel loved. You can't even imagine what you have meant to me.

“Every detail is taken care of, committed to offering the highest quality and rigor in medical and laboratory procedures, but, above all, there was the main objective: patient care.”

The first time I went to see Dr. Navarro was by chance; the doctor I'd been assigned wasn't there that day. I'd already been undergoing fertility treatments at other clinics for several years. I had a lot of questions. Without much hope, I tried asking him a question and was surprised when, unlike what had happened on previous occasions, he started answering me with facts: scientific, current, and precise. "Any more questions?" he asked. "Yes, I have many more, but I'll save them for another day," I said, not wanting to take advantage. That's when he exclaimed, "I have nothing else to do today until you've answered all your questions!" A few days later, I was pregnant with my daughter.

A few years later, I came to know this clinic when it was just a project in Dr. Navarro's restless mind, so I had the privilege of seeing it come to life. I can attest to how every detail was carefully considered, with a commitment to offering the highest quality and rigor in both medical and laboratory procedures. But above all else, there was the main objective: patient care. They wanted it to be exceptional, and from day one, they put it into practice. I've witnessed this many times. When you arrive for the first time, the reception staff welcome you as if you were already part of the family. The waiting room is a peaceful place where a nurse, smiling, warmly calls your name. Right after, she'll ask you with immense affection, "How are you?" and with the utmost gentleness and care, as if you were a delicate flower, she'll escort you to the examination room door. Within its walls, in this clinic, all your dreams, hopes, and desires find a place. At other times, sadness, doubt, discouragement, and helplessness will erupt there, overwhelming you. But in all those moments, on the other side of the table, you will find a doctor for whom, at that moment, you are their sole priority. They will encourage and comfort you when your heart is broken. Furthermore, I assure you that they will do everything possible, and even the impossible, to help you fulfill your dream and become pregnant.

I didn't succeed on the first try that time either. Several treatments were necessary, but in this rollercoaster of ups and downs, I felt pampered and supported, with every injection and every ultrasound, also with every doubt and every fear, at any time of day or night, I knew that a friendly voice would support me on the other end of the phone.

And so, hand in hand with this team, I walked confidently until "there was a celebration among the flowers, the riverbeds of all the rivers overflowed, and all voices spoke of love in unison"... because my child arrived.

“Dr. Navarro believed in me, and even though I had lost all hope, he told me we had to make it happen, and so it was.”

I met Dr. Navarro during one of the worst periods of my life. I had been battling for 12 years with the infertility department at the Maternity Hospital in Malaga. They deceived me, making me believe they were going to treat me. They applied regulations that didn't exist, gave me absurd answers to avoid putting me on the fertility waiting list, and I felt cheated, humiliated, and hopeless. They laughed at me, and I wasted many years of my life living a lie. When I arrived at the infertility department, I had already suffered two miscarriages. I begged them to please give me some kind of treatment, saying I didn't want to miscarry anymore, but they only prescribed Clomid to increase ovulation and told me to keep trying since I was still too young for treatments. That's how I ended up with six miscarriages and an ectopic pregnancy (my left fallopian tube was severed), and I was around 40 years old. At that time they told me that undergoing treatment would be a waste of money on myself, because if I had miscarried naturally, I would lose even more money with treatment, and of course I was already too old to be a mother…

After numerous complaints, petitions, media appearances, and constant harassment of high-ranking officials, I finally managed to get two measly treatments, administered by the same people and at the same center I had denounced so many times. They didn't even offer me the option of going elsewhere, so I knew from the start it wouldn't work, which it didn't… and when they finally gave up on me, they told me to accept that I would never be a mother, and that they wouldn't provide any more treatments because it would be a waste of money.

But as they say, every cloud has a silver lining, and on that difficult journey, in a protest video I posted online, I met Dr. Navarro. He believed in me, and even though I had lost all hope, he told me we had to make it happen, and we did. I got pregnant on the first try with twins, and I have two incredibly precious children.

That's why I have nothing but gratitude for the entire team who were wonderful to me, for Dr. Gutiérrez, and especially for my dearest Dr. Navarro, who was an angel who crossed my path, and as long as I live I will be eternally grateful to him.

Thanks for everything.

“If my daughter is with us today, it is thanks to your work, the work of a great team.”

Dear Inebir team,

I'm writing because last February, my husband and I visited the Inebir center for the first time, and we had many questions. We had our first consultation with Dr. Gutiérrez, initially for informational purposes, but he listened attentively, advised us, and outlined the steps we should take. It was then, thanks to his honesty, that we decided to trust your team and embark on this journey with you.

We are writing to tell you that, as of today, exactly one year after visiting you for the first time, we embrace life (as you rightly say in the slogan on your website).

We wanted to take this opportunity to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. If my daughter is with us today, it is thanks to your work, the work of a great team, who, link by link, forming a chain, are able to achieve the miracle of life through science.

Thanks to the gynecologists at the clinic (especially Dr. Gutiérrez), to each of the nurses and nursing assistants, to the people who work in patient care, to the embryologists/biotechnologists who are the architects of this miracle, to the laboratory technicians and to the rest of the staff (communication team, Marketing, Administration, Quality, International Relations, Genetics, Gynecology, Psychology…) who work at Inebir (I don't know if I'm forgetting anyone).

You have a wonderful job; you do something incredible, and you do it with care, honesty, and always with the patient's best interests at heart. We encourage you to never lose that spirit. If there's one thing we liked about Inebir, and what, from our point of view, sets it apart from other clinics, it's that you don't try to "sell a product" or "market" your patients' hopes. Instead, you are honest, you put yourselves in the patient's shoes, you provide very thorough follow-up, and you look out for the patient.

Thank you very much.
