Inebir will never contact patients via WhatsApp. You must always initiate contact. It is likely that after receiving your message we will need to contact you by phone to answer your questions, as we will not provide medical information through this channel.
Once you have sent us your requests or questions, there is no need to contact us through any other means (except in the case of medical emergencies). We will try to answer all inquiries received as quickly as possible.
