After 11 months since the birth of my Lucas, I can finally -emotionally and because of time- write and talk about my son's pregnancy and birth. It's been a difficult journey, during which I underwent several IVF cycles and two surgeries, one on my breasts and the other on my fallopian tubes. Finally, the good news of my pregnancy arrived, and with it, the bleeding and the fear of losing it.
Months passed and I began to experience peace and stability in my pregnancy, and at only 30 weeks Lucas decided he was ready to come into this world. Now he's a beautiful baby with gorgeous eyes and long eyelashes you could get lost in. He's become the light of my life. And that's why I felt the need to thank Inebir: the administrative team, and especially Rocío, to whom I showed my ultrasounds and with whom I shared the moments I was going through; the nurses, María, who called me to tell me about my pregnancy and whose pregnancy became very important to her, and all the others, whom I visited daily and who never, ever, had a bad attitude or a rude response, even when they were under stress, and were always, always willing to listen. To the doctors, who answered all my questions and understood my fears; to Dr. Gutierrezwho opened the clinic at five in the morning, after one of my hemorrhages, unable to do anything but be with me in a critical moment; and, above all, a thousand thanks to my doctor, NAVARROI have no words to describe what a wonderful person and doctor he is. All my respect, admiration, and affection for him. I still get emotional remembering it all, but it's a beautiful emotion. Again, and a thousand times more, thank you.

Wonderful. Athenea is our little girl, 8 months old now. It was possible thanks to Dr. Navarro. One life, my life—his life. He—our Dr. Navarro—is the one who gives his life for them, for us. How can we ever thank him enough? Surgeries, yes. Attempts, yes. Anguish, yes. But now, complete happiness. I would do it all again ☺️
How could I forget you, that amazing team, all wonderful, not a single bad word, not a single bad gesture. After almost 10 years, on January 4, 2018, my Manuel, my miracle, was born.
